New rules introduced recently by the AER allow quicker GPP in some circumstances. This applicant gladly found the rules in his favor, but not until after he paid for an application. He also showed his net pay map when he put it in the public domain. Any geological or geophysical data you add to an AER application is in the public domain the minute you apply.
